Barcelona 19th September 2017. - PepsiCo has signed a 7-year agreement to become a partner of IESE Business School in Barcelona. The company will support IESE’s continued learning efforts in which students will be able to learn based on real PepsiCo business case studies and lectures given by the Senior Managers.

This agreement, among other advantages, will allow PepsiCo to have access to the IESE MBA Career Services where you can select from young talent of the future.

Within the framework of the PepsiCo MBA program, students will be able to opt for internships designed to maximize individual skills and talent in four strategic areas of the company: Revenue Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Corporate Strategy and Strategic Foresights. PepsiCo will offer students the opportunity to experience the business world; developing analytical and strategic thinking, alongside leadership and creativity.

As stated by Sergio Ezama, CHRO PepsiCo Europe , Sub-Saharan Africa and LATAM: "At PepsiCo, it’s our fundamental belief that the success of our company is inextricably linked to the sustainability of the world around us. This firm conviction of our company coincides with the mission of IESE to train future leaders who have a positive, profound and lasting impact on society. We are very proud, thanks to this agreement with IESE, to become an active part of training these leaders of the future both in the classrooms and through our internships programs”.

In recognition of this agreement, the meeting room of the IESE Barcelona Campus will be renamed PepsiCo and will have an engraved plaque with the name of the company.

The agreement is part of PepsiCo's commitment to boost talent and build a culture of diversity and inclusion where people can grow and achieve their professional goals. The company also looks after investment in the careers of its employees, ensuring a work environment which will attract and retain the best talent.

In this sense, partnering with IESE, PepsiCo has created the Talent Academy, an innovative program for business impact focused on accelerating the development of the European future leaders at the company. The program, 18 to 24 month of sustained learning, was created to build high performance teams by inspirational leadership, strategy creation, change leadership and talent management.
